Ironman Mark II (Ironman Movie Series)

Update!

Before I post anything else related to Transformers, here's an interlude. Recently the Ironman movie came to cinemas and got me by the nuts (it was awesome!!). At first not intending to buy the figure, I caved in and grabbed the first few from wave one series.

I was a bit skeptical about getting the Mark 2 since it was just a repaint from the Mark 3 armour. But then I thought, "Why not I improvise? Make it more or less like the movie version but at the same time giving a bit of a touch of my own design?". So I added some details on the armour and repainted it to silver (I still haven't discovered the secrets to doing chrome...) and did some lining using my trusty Gundam markers.

Here is how he looks.

Well, I'm a little not satisfied with the work, but it is better than the Hasbro version right? So consider this 'Mark II' version 1.0 from RK Designs.

TFTM Ultimate Bumblebee

Update!

Hmmm...and Ultimate Bumblebee...What can I personally say about this fella? It's huge, bulky and to be honest quite a waste of money. Despite the gimmicks I still think its a waste, but when someone came up to me and asked me to do a repaint on this fella I couldn't resist!

The original scheme that I worked on was quite different, but an accident happened and caused me to do a full repaint on it. This baby was done a few months back but just recently managed to clean up and did a full body repaint.

Here he is in all his repaint goodness. (Despite the repaint, I still think its a waste of money...hahahaha)

As you can see there isn't a vehicle mode shot. Why? I was too darned lazy to transform him. I'll just wait for the owner to take pictures of it later and update this post. Hah!

Cheers!

TFTM Leaderclass Brawl

Update!

Hey hey! I totally forgot about this repaint work I did a few months back. It was in my brother's handphone and recently he asked me about it. To the owner I'm so sorry for not displaying it here, it has been kinda hectic for me these past few months remember?

Okay, here's a Leaderclass Brawl which was repainted to Panzer tank schemes. I thought of doing a normal sandy colored tank then realised that a clean looking tank isn't really a tank...rite? So after that pondering, this is what I managed to do.

And while I was working on this fella, I also did a repaint of a deluxe TFTM Scorponok.

Sorry about the pictures. They were taken with a handphone (I didn't have a cam that time...). Until the next uodate!

Cheers!

Transformers Animated Voyager Optimus Prime

Update!

Okay, it's been a while so get ready for a butt load of updates. Let's start off with this fine figure from the latest Transformers incarnation, Transformers Animated. To be honest, I'm 'okay' with the series, but as a true die-hard fan of the 80's..something is missing, but all in all a great effort and try looking at the plot and storyline...interesting.

Anyhoo, I managed to get my mits on this figure roughly two weeks ago. I saw it at a shop and loved it at first sight. Grabbed it and I was like a small kid again when I got home. The articulation is pretty good and the figure itself is amazing. After a while I wanted to make him look more than meets the eye (hah! i was waiting to put that in...*snigger*) and started to think of simple upgrades but just enough to make him look better.

And here we have him. Note that the upgrades are the Autobot emblem on his shoulder, thighs has been colored silver along with the bumper and axe. His gun I painted it to black cause I think thats what a gun should be colored.

Well, it's nothing much but I just wanted to share this with you all. Maybe you can try it on your own TFA Voyager Optimus Prime.

Masterpiece Thundercracker

UPDATE!

Ooookay, well not a new update though. Done this fella quite a while back but only manage to get the photos two days ago. Heh, sort of forgot where I stashed it.

Anyhoo, here you'll see a Masterpiece Starscream (Hasbro) repaint to another Decepticon Seeker, Thundercracker. Just your normal paintjob and no mods were done.

"The deadliest weapon is terror."

Thats all for now.

Fully Poseable Star Saber (WIP) Part 01

Update!

Well, it ain't exactly a major update. It's just something that I felt I needed to post since I haven't posted anything new for quite a while. So I think I owe who follows my work something right? There were a few projects that I worked on these past few months but accidentally deleted the pics and now am requesting from the owners. So be patient and I'll post them up.

For now here's a pet project that I've been working on the sidelines. It's been a one year project (inclusive of losing my job, getting a new job, adjusting to a new life and doing commission works all day long..LOL) and finally I decided to do a non-transformable version. It took me so long to figure out the transforming parts (I'll do that when I've enough cash to burn...heh...).

So what were the parts that was given to this project? A 1/100 Buster Gundam and a knock off robot master Star Saber. Surprisingly the knock off bot was made twice the size of the original figure so it fit the 1/100 gundam kit nicely. Heh...even the Buster Gundam was a knock off, so it was a match made in heaven don't you all think so?

Here it is at only 50% complete. Its on going so I'll put up the updates along the way.

Stay tune for more!

Oodelaly peeps!

Note: This is a Work In Progress (WIP) post. So the final work might not be the same as it was originally designed by RK Designs.
